Looking for a dog friendly property

Hi,
I am a 30-year-old female postgraduate student starting my MSc at the University of Derby this September.
I previously lived in the UK from November 2023 to November 2025 and am moving back from India for my studies. Because of this, my 11-year-old female Labrador Retriever is already settled in the UK with a dog sitter and will be living with me once I arrive. She is very gentle, very friendly and a quiet girl.
Since she is an older girl, I am looking for a clean place on the ground floor, or a building with a lift, or a first-floor flat so she doesn't have to climb too many stairs.
