Friendly 28F seeking relaxed house share

Hi! I’m 28 and have recently returned from a year of travelling. I’m currently based in South-East London and am looking to move more central to make my commute a bit more manageable.

I’ll be commuting three days a week and working from home the other two. Even with the travel, I really want to prioritize living in a vibrant area that I love!

I’m looking for a double room in a clean, relaxed house with other professionals. My main target areas are Maida Vale, St John’s Wood, Waterloo, London Bridge, Borough, Bermondsey, Kennington, Hackney, or Islington—essentially anywhere with a direct, straightforward link into Paddington.

My budget is around £900–£1,050 including bills, but I’d happily stretch a bit for the right place.

I’m easy-going, tidy, and considerate, and I’m looking for a house share that genuinely feels like a home. Outside of work, I love getting out for walks, finding good bakeries and coffee spots, going to the pub, watching sport, playing netball, and catching up with friends. I’d love to live somewhere friendly where people enjoy the occasional glass of wine, dinner, or pub trip together, while also respecting each other’s space.
