I’m currently looking for a small self-contained studio, one-bedroom flat, bungalow or cottage, but I’m also very happy to consider a nice private room in a well-maintained shared house, preferably en-suite or with my own separate bathroom. A comfortable, good-quality home and pleasant living environment are important to me.

📍 Areas of interest include: Glasgow West End, Shawlands / Glasgow Southside, Edinburgh, Gorgie, Milngavie, Stirling, Perth, Blairgowrie, Dalkeith, Dunkeld & Birnam, Ayr, Troon, Prestwick, Gourock, Helensburgh, Peebles, Pitlochry, North Berwick, Dunblane, Bridge of Allan, Linlithgow, Aberdour, South Queensferry, Callander and other attractive, well-connected towns and villages across Central Scotland.

I’m particularly drawn to places with character, beautiful surroundings, independent shops and cafés, access to nature and a pleasant community atmosphere, while still having practical amenities and good connections to larger cities.

I currently work mostly online and run my own business, while also looking into restarting the manufacturing side of my business in Scotland. I work within the fashion and creative industries, so my home environment is particularly important to me.

I’m looking for somewhere peaceful, clean, comfortable and well maintained, but not isolated. I need everyday amenities within easy reach and good public transport links, particularly access to a train station, as I don’t drive and need to travel to Glasgow, Edinburgh and elsewhere for business.

Reliable Wi-Fi is essential. A garden, shared garden, balcony, or easy access to beautiful parks, countryside or the coast would be a big plus. Working in a creative industry means I value having a pleasant environment where I can work, think and recharge.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• Self-contained studio, flat, bungalow or cottage; or a high-quality private room in a shared house
• En-suite or separate private bathroom strongly preferred
• Furnished or partly furnished
• Reliable Wi-Fi
• Good train/public transport connections
• Shops and everyday amenities nearby
• Quiet, safe and pleasant surroundings
• Garden/outdoor space or easy access to parks and nature preferred
• Bills included where possible, although not essential
• Short or long-term considered, although I would prefer somewhere I can properly settle

Video viewings are strongly preferred initially, particularly for properties further away. I’m happy to travel for the right property once we have established that it is genuinely suitable.
