Part time postgrad student / professional

Hiya, I'm starting a master's degree in Cardiff in September, and I'd love to live with friendly people who care about keeping things clean and pretty tidy. I also work a part time job requiring me to drive, so I need to be able to park my car nearby!
I am really into exploring new places, going out, or staying in with a game or a film, playing my instruments (at a respectful volume!), dancing & singing along to music while I cook, just hanging out really.
Ps. My budget is not necessarily including bills, it also depends on other factors obvs, it's a rough figure.
