Moving over in September for job at an AI startup

Hi, I'm Fynn, 26. I'm moving to London at the start of September to join an AI startup. It's three months to begin with, but there's a real chance I stay on longer, so I'm after somewhere I can settle into for a good while.

I'm just finishing my master's at TUM in Munich, after a semester at UC Berkeley. Around the flat I'm tidy and pretty quiet. I'm out most of the day for work and training, so during the week you'd barely notice me.

What I'm hoping to find is a house where people still sit in the kitchen together now and then. I'm arriving on my own and know hardly anyone in London yet, so the social side matters to me. I do a fair bit of endurance sport, mostly running and cycling.

Budget is around £1,400 a month including bills. I'm fairly open on area as long as I can get to Fitzrovia in a reasonable time, and east London appeals to me most so far.

I can move in from early September and I'm in Munich until then, so a video viewing would be easiest to start with. References and proof of employment are no problem.
