Hi, I’m a 33-year-old male currently studying for a Master’s in Computer Science at Ulster University, Belfast.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced single room in a shared house/flat. I’m a quiet, respectful and tidy person and would prefer a peaceful place with friendly and respectful housemates.

Looking for:

• Single/double room
• Preferably bills included
• Budget around £37–£400 per month
• Suitable for a student/professional
• Parking would be a plus, as I have a car
