Self contained accomodation required

I am a single 39 year old male looking for a self contained property to rent for myself. I have a full 5 year plus tenancy history with agreements for referencing if needed. I am looking for somehere to settle for the long term future and can provide any affordability information that may be needed. I am willing to spend money on improving the property decor wise if needed as want to make my new place my future home. Im am not looking to share.
