Hi there! I’m a single, non-smoking mature student looking for a place in Sheffield (S2) . I am returning to college to upskill and seeking a long-term Studio or Large En-suite.
I spend about half the day at college, but when I'm home I usually study. I just need enough layout flexibility to fit a proper desk setup.
My maximum budget is £595 PCM.
I’m naturally tidy, peaceful, and strictly respect neighbors' privacy.
As a bonus: I used to work as a gardener, so I’d love to take care of any green spaces or plants. Also, I absolutely adore pets (and they love me back) - if anyone ever needs a hand with pet-sitting, I'm your person!
