Rooming in Reading

I am looking for a peaceful accommodation close to the University of Reading. I would prefer a studio or ensuite room with all if not most bills covered per month.
I am an organised and friendly person, I can be quiet and sometimes chatty but I will always be respectful of the environment and people I share a home with.
