Looking for a room/buddy up around September

Hi all,

I'm Ben, I'm 26 years old and am a researcher at the University of Birmingham. I am looking for a room somewhere between the city center and the uni campus.

I am looking for a flat/house with social people - I cook a lot, love the pub, and want to find people to get along with, not just people I happen to live with.

My ideal place would be a 2-3 bed, shared living room, a kitchen with gas hobs, and backyard or at least a terrase would be nice. I'm pretty good on the grill!
