Looking for a room or flatmate to buddy up

hi, i'm tanisha, 25 and moving to london for work.
i'm a software engineer and i'm looking to stay w females, around 20-25 mins away from liverpool street, which is where my office is.
my budget is 1200-1300 pcm, inclusive of bills. willing to stretch if the property is really good.

i'm not exactly a "we nod awkwardly in the kitchen once a week" kinda flatmate. i'd love a place where we can be friends, chill, occasionally hang out and run errands together, all whilst being respectful of each others time and space.

i personally am a vegetarian but don't mind your dietary preference. i'm fairly easy going, love and maintain a clean space and always ask if you want anything when i'm ordering :)
