Young Professional Seeking Cardiff House Share

Hi, I’m Dominic, 22, and I’m moving to Cardiff in late August or early September to start a graduate role with PwC at Central Square.

I’m looking for a room or to form a house share with other young professionals or postgraduate students, ideally aged around 21–29. I’d like a friendly and sociable household where people occasionally go to the pub, cook together or do things at weekends, while still respecting each other’s space and work schedules. I’m tidy, easy-going and considerate, and I’m not looking for a student-style party house.

My budget is approximately £650–£800 per month including bills. I’m considering Pontcanna, Roath, Cathays, Cardiff Bay, the city centre and nearby areas with a straightforward commute to Central Square. Parking or nearby unrestricted parking would be useful as I have a car.

I would ideally prefer a six-month or flexible contract, although I’m open to longer arrangements for the right house and group.
