Seeking an Ensuite Room | Also Open to Buddy Up

Hi! I'm an international student from India and I'll be starting my master's in architecture at University of Liverpool this September. My preferred areas are L7, L1, L8 and L3, ideally within a 30-minute walk of the Liverpool School of Architecture.

I'm looking for an ensuite room in a shared house or flat. I'm also open to teaming up with someone to find and rent a place together, provided we each have our own ensuite room. I'm flexible with the tenancy length. Since I'll be in Liverpool for my master's, the longest I plan to stay is until my course ends (around one year), but I'm happy to consider shorter tenancies as well. My maximum budget is £750 per month, including bills. Since I'm currently in India, I won't be able to attend property viewings in person.

A little about me: I'm friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I enjoy art, fitness, fashion, movies and TV series, and reading. While I'm in Liverpool, I'm looking forward to joining a run club, exploring food spots ,museums, attending concerts, local events, discovering new places around the city.
