Graduate needing Houseshare by September 1st

UoB 2025 graduate looking to move back to Birmingham. Must be by September 4th!

For creditworthiness I can pay in advanced to the landlord for sufficiently cheap accommodation, ideally near £100p/w or just below.

No students please unless it is extremely cheap accommodation (I want to be able to share the council tax). If you are graduating right now that would work, you would be the year below me too.

I am the kind of person who relegates my mess to my room but is generally chill about house standards. If I feel something needs cleaning I will tidy it myself (the exception being if someone had a party or otherwise obnoxiously created a mess). I do always clean up my stuff immediately if it is outside my room.

I play a few instruments. One of those might happen to be drums (I have an electric one if you are worried, although I might bring a practice pad). I will keep it to sociable times - and I would have no problem if anyone else plays an instrument.

For housemates I tend to be quite and keep to myself until I get to know you, but I will enjoy doing things or occasionally cooking together with people, and am happy with sharing things in the kitchen whilst keeping to everyone's boundaries.

I am generally happy with housemates having people round, as long as it is not loud very late at night.

It would be nice if I could have people round occasionally to eat or to worship Jesus (if housemates are happy with that. If not it is fine).
