Looking to buddy up for an October/November move 🏡

Hi! I’m 32 and work for a non-profit in Central. I’m looking to buddy up with one or two people to rent a house or flat rather than move into an existing house share where possible. Have rented by myself for the last 6+ years but looking to take a few years to enjoy things a bit more.

I’m tidy, respectful and easy-going. Outside of work I like socialising, live music, running and general exploring.
Indoors I like cooking (a big kitchen would be ideal!), gaming or practising DJing (I can use headphones don’t worry!).

I’m pretty extroverted and chatty so would love to find people who enjoy having a chat over food/drinks now and then but also appreciate we all have our own lives. Looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Budget: up to £1000pcm ideally, looking to move at the end of October.
Working pattern: 3 days from home a week, days flexible.
LGBT (not fussed if you are), Non smoker.

Prefer to meet for a coffee or pint first! Advertising a bit in advance due to being abroad quite a bit end of September and October!
