Looking for a flat share with 1 live in landlord

Hi full time working professional seeking a quiet flat share with one live in landlord ideally within Zones 1-2 with a garden at around the £800-£950 maximum mark. I'm friendly, easy going and down to earth.

I'm in the office at least three times a week minimum usually four so I'm not really a work from home guy though I like to work from home one day a week to avoid the monotony of five days a week in. Often stay at my partners place several nights a week so I wouldn't be in your flat most of the time and we often regularly travel together so you'd get a good income from a tenant who isn't even there most of the time.

Definitely looking to avoid a cold aloof landlord who largely prefers their tenant to stay in their room most of the time and live like strangers. Ideally looking for a sociable open house to cook and watch TV or eat and drink with on regular occasions but respect privacy and boundaries when needed. It's all about a nice healthy balance.

Despite my sociable appearing profile I'm not a party person and often travel around with noise cancelling headphones and earplugs. Quiet introvert but value good company. A big bonus if you have a cat as I'm a cat person though I do love some dogs (Labradors, pugs and golden retrievers as long as they're well behaved). Sorry no terriers, untrained or barking dogs.
