Clean & friendly postgrad searching for a room
Hi!
I’m Fergal, and I’ll be moving from Dublin to London to start an MSc in Medical Statistics at LSHTM in September after working in clinical research for a few years.
I’m tidy, easygoing, and well-used to flatsharing. I clean up after myself as I go, and I value having a tidy space to come home to.
I generally like to be out of the house a lot. I like to spend my free time grabbing a pint or a coffee, chilling in a park or going for a stroll, but I would love to have a chill, friendly flat to come back to in the evenings!
What I’m looking for:
- Move in date: I’m planning on moving over on the 17th of September but I would be open to taking a place that was available a month either side of this date if it was the right fit!
- Budget: Up to £1,000 a month, but I would be willing to pay more if bills were included
- Location: Ideally within a 25-30 minute cycle of LSHTM, or else within a 30-40 minute tube journey
- Room: Double bed with enough space for a desk, although I generally prefer to study in the library
- Vibe: A clean, social place where everybody gets along but is respectful of each other’s boundaries
Other info:
- I don’t smoke
- I can provide a UK-based guarantor if required
- Even though I will be a student, I would be happy to contribute to council tax if applicable
