Professional male for a double room/ buddy up

Hi, I'm Theo. I'm 23, and work in finance in the City. I went to UCL and have lived in an apartment in Camden Town for the last 3 years, so it feels time for a change. I'm looking for a double room in an apartment or house, or flatmates my age or older to buddy up with. I'm flexible with number of flatmates, location, and budget etc., just looking for the right place (ideally males, but open to mixed too).

Happy to either join an existing house, or look for a place. Looking for people who are also friendly and a good time, but also hardworking, clean and respectful of our shared space. Areas I'm interested include Clapham, Battersea, Borough, Highbury and Islington, and Angel - but again I'm flexible.

I'm easy-going, sociable and tidy. I work in the office 4 days a week, so I'm not home all the time, and I like to keep the flat clean and organised. I'm an easy flatmate to live with and enjoy making friends.

Outside of work, I go to the gym and run most days, I'm big into health and fitness. Also going out for drinks with friends, travelling when I can, and a good movie night is always fun.
