International PhD student looking to share a flat

I am a PhD student in biomedical imaging at UoM, just about to start my third year (out of 4) this September. I am originally from Colombia but I have also lived and studied abroad in places like Japan and Canada before coming to the UK, so I am always open to meeting people from different backgrounds and learning/trying new things.

Ideally, I would like to share with 1 or 2 people (max) who are easy going and preferably, professionals or postgrads in a similar situation (PhDs/programs longer than a year). I consider myself a respectful and tidy person who tries to keep the shared spaces clean, so I would expect the same from others (especially in the kitchen).

I can have a friend or two visiting once in a while, so I am very understanding of that when it comes to others. However, I like to keep things quiet on a daily basis (especially during weekdays) so I can focus on my research and get some good sleep.
