Hi! We're Astrid and Sergey, and we're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home to share in Bristol.

I've recently accepted a full-time role in property management in BS9 and am hoping to move by the end of August. I have a Master's degree in Applied Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Bristol and have been employed since completing my studies.

Sergey is currently completing a Master's degree in Data Science for Business at the University of Bristol. He has lived, studied and worked in the UK for almost ten years and is now preparing to continue his career in Bristol.

We're both friendly, tidy, considerate and easy to live with. We enjoy being sociable and are always happy to chat over a coffee or a pint, but we also value our own individual spaces and appreciate a calm, respectful home. Outside work and study, we enjoy cooking, exploring Bristol, going to gigs and spending quiet evenings at home.

We're reliable tenants who always pay our rent and bills on time and we're looking for somewhere we can settle into for the foreseeable future rather than short-term accommodation. We'd love to live with other professionals who value kindness, good communication and a friendly, relaxed household. We are both a non-smokers and Sergey has a reliable UK-based guarantor with stable employment and a property in London who has successfully acted as his guarantor for previous tenancies.
