22 Year Old Professional Looking for flat

Hi, I'm Edward!

I graduated from Exeter Uni last year and have just got a new job in Bristol so need a place to move into. I'm very sociable and have lots of friends, so hopefully that's somewhat evidence that I'm a friendly and pleasant person to be around! In my spare time I love hiking, baking, and visiting historic sites.

I'm very happy to chip in with house chores to make sure everything stays clean and tidy. Whatever the job I can do it, I've dealt with some pretty dire student house cleans whilst helping friends in the past!

Practicalities are that I have a car so need parking. Since I'm not currently in Bristol it will be harder for me to do viewings. If you are happy to do video or let a friend view on my behalf if urgent for you that would be much appreciated. Otherwise I will need a bit of time to plan a trip up from sunny Dorset.

My job starts on the 14th of September, ideally I'd like at least a week to get used to the area.
