Young professional seeking a clean, friendly house

Hi, my name is Eoin. I moved from Ireland to Woking, Surrey back in January for a new job and have been living in a one-bedroom studio apartment ever since. I'm now looking to move closer to London for the lifestyle, to be closer to friends, and to make it easier to meet new people. I am looking for somewhere in the Clapham area or close by (Battersea, Brixton, Wandsworth)

I am 26 years old and work full-time in project controls/estimating in the Woking Office but WFH here and there, outside of work, I'm into the gym, running, football, gaming and exploring London. I'd say I'm easy-going, clean and respectful and I'm looking for a friendly, sociable house where everyone gets on well. Looking for somewhere where people are happy to have a chat, watch the football, or grab a coffee or a pint every now and then.

I'm hoping to find a place in Clapham or the surrounding areas with like-minded young professionals and would ideally like to move out of my current flat around Oct/Nov. If you think I'd be a good fit, I'd love to come and meet everyone!
