Friendly professional lady seeks room/flat/house

I am an English lit teacher returning to Sussex after teaching abroad and I would like to find a room/flat/houseshare in the Lewes/Brighton area for September. I am an easy-going, friendly person, and I am sociable, but also need quiet time (typical Cancer!) I am clean and tidy - don't like mess - and enjoy cooking, gardening, household chores. I will be out at work during the day and I actually kind of live in France so I would be there during most of the school holidays and half terms. I am interested in bookd, music, the arts, nature and the outdoors, yoga and dance, and I like cats, children, plants, tea and cake, glasses of wine.
