Hi, I’m a 43-year-old male looking for a single or double room from August 2026. My budget is around £700 pcm.

I’m calm, respectful, non-smoking, and I don’t drink alcohol. I’m a member of a church and I like to take part in church life and attend the London Temple.

I would prefer a quiet, non-smoking home, ideally sharing with only 1 or 2 other people. I’m open to sharing with males or females of any age, as long as the home is respectful, peaceful and tidy.
