Money Upfront/in Advance

Hi everyone!
I’m relocating from the US to Edinburgh this autumn to complete my full-time, intensive October Cambridge CELTA course. Because it is a rigorous, one month full-time program, I will have official student status (which means your flat keeps its full Council Tax exemption!)

I am a very clean, quiet, and deeply respectful housemate. Since my course is incredibly demanding, my focus will be entirely on my studies for the month I’m there. I don't smoke, I don't party, and I value a calm, tidy home environment where everyone can relax.

What I'm Looking For:
I am looking for anything in EH3, EH12, and EH11 so I can stay within a manageable distance of my course. Since I will not have a car, I have a strong preference for a flat with excellent proximity to a train station or tram line to make commuting simple. Also, a peaceful, clean room for the month of October. Ideally, I would love a space that is quiet during the evenings so I can stay on top of my lesson planning and coursework.

Logistics: I am financially stable and happy to pay the full month's rent and deposit upfront to secure the right room. I’d love to set up a quick video call to introduce myself and see if I’d be a great fit for your flat!
