Creative soul looking for a room

Hey beautiful being,
I'm a professional musician and embodiment coach looking for a double room to rent in the Brighton area from September. I'm a very creative and tidy individual, looking for others who are passionate about life and like to create a tidy, warm, homely space.
I work from home, and enjoy being in my own bubble in the mornings, then work during the afternoons. I enjoy going to gigs and perform regularly so will be out a few nights a week and rehearsing sometimes in the day, so looking for flat mates who enjoy listening to music and encouraging each others creative pursuits.
I'd love to be in a house with a garden as I need my daily nature fix! I'm a nature fairy at heart but also enjoy the fire of the city.

I am healing from a spine injury so need a parking space outside to make it accessible and will occasionally need support with carrying or moving heavy objects.
I love cooking communal dinners and living in community, exploring and adventuring together or having movie nights, and also really enjoy my own space and respect our individual needs for down time.

I really honour conscious communication and radical honesty, and am experienced in navigating group dynamics to make sure everyone feels nourished and met with what they need.

I love deep conversations and also just laughing at the ridiculousness of it all! I'm 27 in body, and an old soul at the same time, but am always up for learning new things
