My name is Richie, and I am a 41-year-old British citizen currently living in Manchester.

I am looking for a clean, fully furnished room with bills included anywhere across Greater Manchester, particularly areas with good public transport links to Manchester.

I am looking for a short-term rental of around 2–3 months, with the possibility of staying longer if everything works well. I am available to move in by 21 August 2026 and can attend viewings immediately.

My budget is up to £500 pcm, although I may consider slightly higher for the right property.

I would like to live in a clean, friendly and respectful household. I am happy living with professionals, mature students or a live-in landlord, and I generally prefer a smaller, peaceful house share.

I am a non-smoker, have no pets and am tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces and other people's privacy. I enjoy cooking, films, football and basketball, but I also appreciate a quiet home.

I have over 20 years of professional management experience and can provide proof of identity, proof of funds and professional details if required.
