Professional tenant seeking a at least 4-month fur

I'm looking for a furnished property to rent for around four months from August 3rd, ideally near Ansty / east Coventry (CV2 / CV7).

A little about me: I've just started a role with Geely UK at their Ansty office, so I'm looking to live nearby during the week. I'm an LSE graduate (MSc), employed on a fixed-term contract, and can provide my offer letter and references. I'm a quiet, tidy, non-smoking professional.
I have cat — very cute, quiet, well-behaved, fully vaccinated and insured, litter-trained and no trouble.
My ideal place would be:
• Furnished, with bills included if possible
• A short let of around 4 months (or a longer let with a break clause)
• Cat-friendly
• Easy to reach Ansty, and ideally convenient for Coventry rail station (I travel to London at weekends)
