Working professional looking for a spare room

Hi all,

My name's Teagen and I'm a 26 year old working professional in Brighton. I'm currently looking to move and am hoping to find a friendly group with a spare room in Brighton or Hove.

My budget is £850 with bills included or £750 without. Ideally I'd like to be sharing with people in a similar age bracket, so mid twenties to mid thirties. My current tenancy ends on 3rd September but I'm flexible with when I can move, so I'm happy to consider anything beginning throughout August, or slightly later in September.

A bit about me is I currently work full time on a project getting people into employment. In my free time I love walking, cooking, exploring local gems, and doing a bit of art - although the results vary. I'm hoping for a social flat/houseshare where everyone is friendly and values cleanliness. Equally, I respect people's space, and also value my own downtime.
