Seeking room in Cathays/Roath vicinity

Post grad student transitioning into a professional role this January because of this, my ideal contract length is around 5 to 6 months. In my free time, I watch movies, read or play guitar (always acoustic, and never late at night!). I consider myself clean, tidy, and genuinely social. I have friends over for occasional drinks but I also fully understand boundaries and respect everyone’s downtime and need for a quiet house. My status changes in January but I am 100% willing to chip in for my share of the council tax right from the start of the tenancy so nobody is left out of pocket!
