Tidy, Professional, looking for a room

Hi! I’m a working professional in my late 20s looking for a room from sept 4th. I work at the University of Warwick, so I’m out during some days and pretty low-key at home.
I’m clean, respectful of shared space, and easy to live with. Happy to be sociable over a coffee or a Sunday film, but also enjoy keeping to myself. No drama, always on time with rent and bills.
Budget around [£500-800 pcm] including bills ideally. Looking for somewhere studio/1 bhk/ 2-3 bhk(shared) in the city centre, ideally close to transport accessibility. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, but love animals.
