Looking for a place

I am looking for a house or flat to share while I complete a period of my PhD research in the UK. I am a PhD researcher, currently based at a university abroad, staying in Manchester from around the first two weeks of September to late February - so I'm specifically looking for landlords/agents open to shorter tenancies.

A bit about what I'm looking for:

Must-haves:
- A furnished house or flat
- A maximum of 5 people living in the property in total
- A quiet, calm household - my daily routine is very focused on my research, so I need a peaceful environment to concentrate on my work

A note on guarantors: as I'm only visiting the UK for a short period, I don't have a UK-based guarantor, but I'm happy to discuss alternatives, such as paying rent in advance, using a guarantor service, or providing proof of my scholarship funding.

Budget: £400 - £600

I'm tidy, quiet and responsible, and can provide references, proof of university enrolment and proof of funding. I'm currently based abroad, so I'd be very grateful for the option of a video call viewing.
