URGENT - Room wanted in Leeds

Hi everyone, I'm Chris (27M) and looking for somewhere to call home for the next year in Leeds. I'm a doctor and will be working 6 months at Barnsley Hospital then 6 months at LGI. I've spent the past 3 years living in New Zealand and have only returned to the UK this month.

I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others' space. Happy to keep to myself but also enjoy socialising whether that's going down the pub for a drink, exercising or having a chill night in! I will have exams over the course of the year so I will spend some of my time studying in preparation for them so I'm also looking for a respectful household i. e. not a party house. I often spend my weekends/spare time travelling across the country to visit friends/family.

Ideally looking for a house with maximum 3 people. Only other requirement is I'd need somewhere to park my car (street parking is fine).

Hopefully looking to move into somewhere on Tuesday 4th August but could stay with a friend for a few days if not suitable
