Looking for a Quiet Long-Term Home in Aberdeen

I’m looking for a one-bedroom or two-bedroom flat or house to rent in Aberdeen. I’m looking for a whole property only, so I’m not interested in house shares or student accommodation. I’m hoping to find a place where I can enjoy a quiet, peaceful lifestyle and stay for the long term.

About Me

* I am an international student from China, currently studying in the UK.
* I am quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible.
* I live a quiet lifestyle and don’t smoke.
* I don’t have any pets.
* I won’t be hosting parties or causing disturbance to neighbours.
* I have stable finances and, if required, I’m happy to pay the rent in advance to provide additional reassurance.
* I can provide any documents needed for the tenancy.
* My current Student visa is valid until January next year. After completing my studies, I plan to apply for the UK Graduate Visa so I can continue living and working in the UK. If a shorter tenancy is preferred initially, I’m happy to rent for around five months and discuss extending the tenancy later if suitable.
* I will treat the property with care and respect and be a reliable tenant.

My Preferences

* A quiet property is my top priority.
* I would prefer a top-floor flat, a bungalow, or a house where there are no neighbours living above me, as I am sensitive to noise.
* I prefer a simple, modern interior rather than bright or colourful décor.
* If possible, I’d prefer a bedroom without a mirror, or with a mirror that can easily be removed or covered.
* The location is flexible within Aberdeen, as long as the area is quiet, safe, and has convenient access to a supermarket.

Finding a comfortable and peaceful home is very important to me. I’m looking for a place where I can settle in, enjoy a quiet lifestyle, and be a tenant you can rely on.
