Mature professional/student needs part time room

Hi,

I am looking for a room for my Masters, starting 2026.

I will be half in London, half in Lincoln during the week, as I still have employment in London. I'm usually here Sun & Mon, sometimes Tuesday.

I also have a medium sized, short haired, exceptionally quiet dog who may need to come with me, some of the time (he lives with my partner in London full time but he does shift work), so permission for him is essential.

Ready to move whenever.

I am mature student so would prefer mature people, but not essential by any means. I still enjoy life, but perhaps not quite so frequently!!

Obviously I would prefer en suite, garden, parking, but I am open to suggestions :)
