Queer, Friendly, Nerdy

I'm looking for a double room. I can keep to myself/act professionally, but I am very friendly and down to hang out usually too. I like anime, pc games, Dr Who, reading and crochet.

I'm currently on benefits but can look at a guarantor or guarantor company for the Agent and your peace of mind. My benefits are sufficient to cover my needs and should increase as I don't currently get a housing benefit.

I can handle a first floor room or bathrooom but I prefer being on the same floor as the bathroom when possible. I use a wheelchair for longer days out of the house so this would need to stay on the ground floor and have a clear route to the door.
