Mature (31YOF) Student Paramedic looking for room
EARLY ADVERT FOR END JAN/START FEB: I'm a mature Student Paramedic in my second year of University and need to be closer. I'm looking ideally for an en-suite room with others of similar ages (no young party students) to hopefully see me through until I finish in summer 2028. I am quiet, clean and respectful and generally keep myself to myself due to the amount of heavy studying I have to do. I do have a car so require a parking space. Also have a previous landlord reference of 4 years and my parents as a guarantor if required however I am employed part-time. Thank you. PLEASE NOTE this is a Delayed September move in due to my Grandmother having an operation this side of Christmas and staying longer with her.
