International PhD student looking for September

Hi! I’m Liza, an incoming PhD student from the US. I’m moving to Leeds in late September and I’m looking for a place nearby the University of Leeds. I would really like to have bills included, a washer and dishwasher in the flat, and a bathroom with a tub. I would love a 1-bed, but it it’s not available in my budget, I would like to live with 1 or 2 other people max. As for neighborhoods, I’m interested in Burley and Headingley, but I’m open to other neighborhoods as long as the house is safe.

A bit about me- I have a lot of hobbies and I like to do a bit of everything. I love yoga and hiking, going to the gym, swimming, and I love laying in the couch and watching movies. I love cooking at home and trying new restaurants with friends. I love spending a quiet night in, knitting and reading, and I also love a a night out on the town. it’s about ~balance~

In a roommate, I am hoping to live with like-minded people, and hopefully around my age. it would be great to live with 1 or 2 other women who are at least 25 years old.

I like to have a clean and peaceful home, and make sure to do my part to ensure that.
