Quiet UWE Student Looking for a Clean Room

Hi, I’m Ilyas, a full-time Accounting and Finance student at UWE Frenchay Campus. I am looking for a furnished single or double room from around 22 August 2026, preferably within an easy bus journey of Frenchay Campus.
My maximum budget is around £700 per month, ideally with bills included. I am quiet, respectful, tidy and a non-smoker. I mostly keep to myself and mainly use the communal areas for cooking, so I am comfortable living with several housemates as long as the kitchen and bathroom are kept clean and everyone respects the shared spaces.
