Professional male looking for a room

Hi there! I'm Seb, a recent graduate in anthropology, moving to London to work at a café in Central London while looking for a job in UX/market research. I don't mind long commutes, so as long as the place is well linked with a bus or tube line, I'm good!

I am looking for a flat with young professionals or students. I don't mind shared kitchens, bathrooms, or facilities. I am an amateur drummer, but this should not be a worry as I intend to keep all my practising outside the flat.

In previous tenancies, I've been in charge of the end of tenancy cleans and have received positive comments from landlords. So I can ensure to keep the property tidy to an (almost) professional standard for as long as I live there.

Some things that might be incompatible with some:
- I have a partner, who may stay over one or two nights a week
- I have a slight allergy to cat hair, so I would prefer places without cats
- I may be away for most of December, visiting family
