Postgraduate Student Looking for Room by 28 August

Hi everyone,
My name is Uzair, I'm 28 years old and currently studying for a Master's in Applied Cybersecurity at Heriot-Watt University. I also work in Edinburgh and am looking for a room to rent from around 28th August.
I'm looking for a long term stay, ideally 6 to 12 months or longer. My budget is £450–£550 per month, preferably with bills included, though I'm open to discussing options.
I'm friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I always keep shared spaces clean, enjoy cooking, and am happy to help with household chores. Outside of work and university, I enjoy music, movies, gaming, and technology. I also love cats, as I have four back home.
My priority is being within a reasonable commute to Heriot-Watt University for my dissertation, while still having good transport links to the city centre.
As a full time postgraduate student, I am exempt from paying council tax.
