Looking for a room/buddy up! (Late Aug/earlySep)

Hey, I'm Anand. I'm 22 and about to start my job as a banking analyst in September.



I am clean, tidy, sociable and into fitness, pub quizzes and charity shop hunting. 



Previously lived in both mixed and all boys houses and with housemates of different ages over the past few years so happy to share with whoever. I do value living with ppl I can become friends with rather than just awkwardly pass in the hallway.



I'm pretty flexible on location as long as somewhere I can reasonably commute from into Moorgate (or surrounding stops ie Barbican/Old st.) for work.

My budget is roughly around £800 a month.
