Looking for a double room - SW London

Hey! I'm 27, Australian, and have been living in London for the past 12 months. I work full-time as a school teacher and I'm looking for a double room in a friendly, relaxed house to call home. I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and having my own space.

Outside of work, I'm into most sports (especially football), gym, hanging out with mates, and like getting away for the occasional Euro trip. Ideally, I'm looking to move in around mid-August, but I'm flexible and could move at any point during August, or even September if needed. My preferred areas are Clapham, Battersea, and Wandsworth. My budget is around £1,250 per month, but I'm flexible depending on the place.
