Creative professional looking for a friendly home

What I’m looking for

• Budget: Ideally around £850 (including bills), max £950 (has to be stunning)
• Pets: No pets for me unfortunately, due to allergies
• Parking: Not a necessity, but would be a nice bonus
• A friendly, clean and comfortable home
• Someone who enjoys a chat and socialising occasionally, but also respects each other’s space and independence

I’m looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’d love to live with someone where we can have a good balance of social time and our own space, and make the place feel welcoming and comfortable.

About me

I’m an interior designer from Newcastle, now based in the Northern Quarter, working a hybrid schedule, 3/4 days in the office and 1/2 from home. I’m clean, tidy and organised, and genuinely enjoy keeping my space looked after and creating a home that feels comfortable and welcoming.

I’m naturally quite extroverted and have an active social life, but I also really value quiet evenings to recharge. Most nights you’ll find me at the gym, drawing, crafting or gaming.

At weekends I love getting outdoors for walks, cycling and little adventures, but I’m equally happy having a cosy night in with a film, candles and a takeaway.
