I am a quiet, reliable, and clean working professional currently employed full-time at Tesco. I am looking for a room in a peaceful household starting from 7th September 2026.

- Budget: £550 – £600 per month (Must be all bills included: Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax & Wi-Fi)
- Preferred Locations: Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Enfield (or close surrounding areas with good transport links)
- Move-in Date: 7th September 2026 (flexible by a couple of days)
- Lifestyle: Very hygienic, clean up after myself, respectful of quiet hours and others' privacy.

I am looking for a clean, well-maintained flat/house with respectful housemates.
