Looking for a room from September!

Hi!

I'm Evan, 23, originally from Wales, and I've been living in London for the past year. I work in finance in the City and am mostly office based, although it's always nice to have the option to work from home now and then.

Outside of work, I like to exercise (running, cycling, football, etc.) and also going to the pub, socialising with friends, and exploring new areas of the city.

What I’m looking for:
Ideally, I’d love to live in a house/flat with other people in a friendly, social atmosphere. I have a good social circle here, but I’d like to get on well with my flatmates and have a place that feels like home. I am a clean and respectful housemate who is up for a chat (and a pub trip), but also mindful of people's time and space.

Practical bits:
Budget = 1200 pcm inc bills
Date = current contract expiring September 1st, so moving in on that date or before.
Location = ideally South of the river (Northern Line) e. g., Clapham, Balham.

Would be great to hear from anyone who think that I would be a good fit for their flat!
