Flat wanted for year or longer

Hello! :)

I'm looking for a flat for myself for a year and potentially even longer depending on the place. Im looking to start renting from the 15th of October.

A little about myself: I am 35 and work in hospitality. I'm very clean, tidy and respectful so Im looking for a nice place that is held to a high standard.

I have a very well behaved tuxedo cat named Gizmo so you'd have to be ok with pets.
