Uni Student looking for Flatmates/Buddy-up

Hello, I'm an American international student going into my third year at uni. I'm looking for 1–2 people to find a single or double room to rent with from September. I already have a few properties in mind, but I'm also open to joining a group that already has a place lined up.

I’m very clean, easygoing, and respectful. I love going to the gym, listening to music, and other hobbies such as sports, fashion, and art. I’m always open to good conversation, traveling, and trying new things.

I'm open to living with students of any gender, though I'd prefer students around my age.
