Looking for housemates or a room in east london

Looking for:
An *ENSUITE* room (preferably a double) with desk space, but most importantly a friendly group of people to live with. My budget is around £1200pm but flexible. Looking to move in long term around the start of sep. Ready to pay deposit.

Location:
I'm hoping to find a place in Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Islington or Hackney so I can hopefully cycle to work in Barbican.

About me:
I'm looking forward to living in London and will definitely be exploring the area and events around. Time spent with others is important to me so I try to do something with friends most days, and I welcome making more friends in my housemates.

I'm a software engineer and I enjoy it but outside of that, I like indoor and beach volleyball, camping, hiking, cooking (and eating), travelling, mountain biking, karting, climbing and music.

I'm relaxed when it comes to your lifestyle and schedule but looking for a tidy and respectful living environment. Open to cleaning rotas. I like the balance of a social shared space and my own room to decompress.
