Sales pro & fitness coach seeking driven household

I like football, fitness, and hiking. I am social, but don’t go out clubbing and that sort of thing. I work in B2B sales full time and run a business. The room/place must have a dedicated workspace, and located within a 7 odd minute walk of:
- Leamington station
- FitnessWorx gym
- Aces gym

I have a ninja creami, feel like that’s a big selling point

Being with other people with a similar work ethic, also dedicated to their fitness while having other cool hobbies would be perfect
